I got this recipe from www.eatbetteramerica.com .  They have some good ideas.  This was a hit with the whole family (which is not an easy task!).

1 pkg (14 oz) turkey breakfast sausage links (14 links)

1 cup Fiber One original bran cereal

1 Cup all purpose flour

1 Tbsp sugar

2 tsp baking powder

2 Tbsp canola oil

1 egg

1 3/4 cup skim milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup reduced calorie syrup

Cook sausages as directed on package.

Finely crush cereal in a bag, or use food processor.

In a large bowl, mix cereal, flour, sugar and baking powder.  In a small bowl, beat oil and egg with whisk.  Add egg mixture, milk and vanilla to the flour mixture.  Stir with whisk until blended.

For each pancake, pour about 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.

To serve, wrap each sausage in a pancake; secure with a toothpick.  Drizzle with syrup.

One serving is 2 pancakes, 2 sausages, and 2 Tbsp syrup for 6 ww points, 320 calories, 10 g of fat, and 4g of fiber.
