I got this from Kraft Foods and just made this for lunch.  It was very good!

1 Tbsp oil

4 slices smoked ham, chopped (I used canadian bacon)

1/2 cup chopped onions

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

2 cans pinto beans, undrained

Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium high heat.  Add ham, onions, jalapeno and garlic; cook 3 min.  Stir in cilantro and mustard; cook and stir 2 minutes.

Drain 1 can beans; add to ham mixture.  Stir in remaining undrained can beans.  Bring to boil; cover.  Simmer on medium low 10 minutes, stirring after 5 min.

Makes 6 servings, about 1/2 cup each serving and 3 ww points
