This isn’t a recipe, but it was something I came across on the laaloosh website and thought I’d share it.  It’s a low-calorie Peanut Butter substitute and isn’t too bad tasting, either!  I bought mine at Trader Joes, but some local health food stores may carry it also.  It has 100 calories, 2 grams of fat, and 2 grams of fiber and just 2 WW points per serving (2 Tbsp).  Regular peanut butter has 16 grams of fat where Better’n Peanut Butter has only 3 grams of fat per serving!  It comes in Original Creamy, Chocolate, and Low Sodium.
