Creamy Guacamole

1 ½ cups cubed peeled avocado (about 2 avocados)

1 cup fat free ricotta cheese

1/3 cup coarsely chopped onion

2 Tbsp coarsely chopped fresh cilantro

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice

1 Tbsp coarsely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper

½ tsp salt

Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.  Serve immediately.  Yields 20 servings.  Serving size is 2 Tbsp for 1 point.
