1 spaghetti squash

kosher salt and pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Heat oven to 350.  Cut squash in half long ways, and scoop out the seeds.  Place on a baking sheet, cut side up, spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle with seasonings.  Bake at 350 for one hour.  Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes.  Using a fork, scrape out the squash.  It will resemble spaghetti.
