Corn Bake

Preheat oven to 400 and spray a 9×13 with spray

Mix 2 cups fresh corn kernels, 1 can cream style corn, 1 box corn muffin mix, 1 cup low fat buttermilk, and 2 Tbsp light stick butter, melted, in a large bowl.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.  Bake until golden, about 40 minutes.

Yields 1/10 of the bake per serving for 3 points
