Hummus

1 can chick peas, rinsed and drained

½ cup plain fat free yogurt

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

3 garlic cloves, crushed

2 tsp olive oil

1 Tbsp water

½ tsp salt

½ tsp cumin

1/8 tsp pepper

In a food processor or blender, puree all the ingredients until blended.
